Wine Club Subscriber Benefits and Policies

Member Benefits
Each wine club subscription includes the following:

  • * three pre-selected wines (dealer's choice) per month
  • * stories, tasting notes and suggested pairings for each month's wines
  • * one complimentary pickup party tasting (non-transferable)
  • * 10% discount off all wine bottle purchases during months when subscription is active (e.g. if the membership is purchased in December for the months of January through March, discount applies only in January, February and March). Canceled or "held" memberships will de-activate discount benefits immediately. 

Benefit Restrictions & Requirements
One member is permitted per membership; unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate family or multi-person memberships at this time. 

Member will be asked to show ID upon pickup of wines and anytime member discount is applied. (Please remind us that you are an active member each time you shop with us!) Member will be asked to sign for wines received upon pickup. 

Member discount (10%) applies to all bottles of wine. Classes, tastings, beer, cider and snacks are not eligible for discount. 

Member Pickups
Pickup parties are always the first Tuesday of the month from 5-9pm (pickups are permitted at that time or anytime thereafter). Members are asked to pick up each subscription within the month. If you are unable to pick up within the month, please email us to designate another pickup person (see below). Due to space limitations, we are unable to store membership wines for more than one month; any wines left for more than two months are subject to restocking without refund. If you are delinquent, you will be notified by email (at the email address you provided with your subscription) two weeks before your wines are restocked. 

Pickup By a Guest Other Than Member
Member is permitted to add one designated pickup person (email stevie [at] baygrapewine [dot] com to provide written permission for one designated pickup person). Designated pickup person will be asked to show ID upon pickup; no pickups by anyone other than member will be permitted unless written permission has been provided in advance. Designated pickup person is not eligible for member's complimentary tasting or member's discount. Please clarify whether designated pickup person is permitted to pick up for one month or all months; if no clarification is provided, we will automatically designate permission for all months. 

Payment Information and Charging
Your payment information (credit card number, expiration, security code and billing ZIP code) is kept secure at all times. We charge memberships on Sunday or Monday preceding the first Tuesday of the month; you will receive an emailed receipt for the payment at your email address on file. You will also receive an email reminder about the pickup party (always the first Tuesday of the month). To keep your payment information up to date, please call or email us with new card information. If we are unable to charge the card on file, we will email you to request new payment information. If we do not receive new payment information by the first Tuesday of the month, your subscription is subject to immediate cancellation. 

All wine club subscriptions are for in-store pickup only unless otherwise arranged. Local delivery is not possible at this time. Shipping is possible and subject to all shipping terms and conditions (available by request under separate cover). 

Cancellations or Holding Memberships
Cancellations or "holds" (for a set number of months before automatic reactivation) must be made in writing (via email to stevie [at] baygrapewine [dot] com) by the last Tuesday of the month to apply for the following month. Canceled or "held" memberships will de-activate discount benefits immediately.
