Founded in 2017, Longaví is owned by Julio Bouchon, a fourth-generation winemaker and journalist who was recognized by Decanter as one of South America's top 10 winemakers.

Longaví focuses on preserving the heritage of small, old vine plots managed by diverse farmers in the Maule, Itata, and Bio-Bio regions of Chile.
