Karen Janes, a California based virtuoso in the realm of visual arts, emerges as a self-taught artist whose artistic voice resonates through a symphony of colors and forms. With a palette comprising of acrylics, mixed-media, charcoal and pastel; she creates works on canvas, wood and paper to orchestrate narratives in a manner that is stimulating, evocative, and profound. Her artistic journey, which commenced 2021, is a testament to her unyielding passion for exploring the confluence of nature and The African Diaspora.
