Summer Vacation Series 2018: Island Hopping!
Come on a virtual vacation with us! This summer at Sunday School, we're hopping on a (figurative) ferry to the best island wine regions around the world in our Summer Vacation Sunday School Series!
In each "Island Hopping" class, we'll taste four classic regional wines while we learn about the history of the area, its geography and geology, local winemaking culture and wine styles as well as what makes it exciting and relevant today. Plus, we've lined up a host of importers, Master Sommeliers and experts in the field to teach and pour the wines they consider to be benchmarks for the area. AND, for whenever you do make it to said region in the flesh, we're including a list of our favorite producers in that area with contact information for setting up your own visit.
Classes take place every Sunday from 3-4pm June 10-July 29; you can read about the lineup of teachers and the islands below! Individual class admission is available for purchase ($30) the day of class beginning at 1pm. You may call or show up beginning at 1pm in advance of the 3pm class to add your name to the class list.
